Workspace365 is nestled on the 11th floor of 66 Clarence Street. Location-wise it is conveniently close to all important Sydney’s CBD hubs, including Darling Harbour, Wynyard, Town Hall, and Chinatown.
Workspace365 boasts two floors of private serviced suites, coworking spaces, external meeting rooms, a covered outdoor balcony, break-out spaces, and a business lounge.
They have plenty of meeting rooms of all sizes too. One seats 22 people and caters for both indoor and outdoor functions. Unfortunately, our calendars are meeting-free today so no need to book a meeting room even though they are available and very inviting.
Their private offices range from 1 person up to teams of 24. We have been allocated a spacious 10-person corner office with ergonomic chairs and fantastic views outside. The natural light in this space is a game-changer for a productive day!
And productive it is; our amazing Rick Kamikura closes a deal for Workspace365 first thing when opening his laptop. It’s for an office in their Bondi location but still, it must be a sign!

Lovely Customer Service
Around lunchtime, the lovely Kristie Parker, Centre Manager, surprises us with gourmet wraps and a fruit platter. She must know good food is the key to the Sydney team’s hearts.
Full, happy, and energized, we crack on with our day. There’s a range of quiet zones and breakout areas, including lounges, a kitchen, private booths, and a work bar to work from to break up our day.
The outdoor balcony, a cherished gem of this center, stands out as a communal hub. Here, tenants gather for coffee breaks, leisure lunches, and post-work get-togethers. In fact, we eagerly joined the crowd, delighted by the Workspace365 team's thoughtful arrangement of delicious pizza and refreshing beverages. What a fabulous way to wrap up a nice day of Desk Surfing!
